4. Move, have fun, be active!
Our body is made to move. It’s a key point to lose weight, stay in shape in our body and in our mind. Exercise helps you to burn excess calories but also makes your heart work, etc. So actually All the positive effects of exercise are cumulative and do not concern only weight loss. Find an activity that you enjoy or find a way to make it as fun as possible for you. It’s a longterm commitment. Your body will thank you and you might discover a lot of positive effects that will make you addicted to it in the end 😉
