If you eat big portions, you can trick yourself by reducing step by step the size of your plate. Your tricking the part of your mind that is actually functioning from fear of lack. By reducing step by step the size of the plate, you will naturally eat a smaller portion of food without feeling hungry. Be responsible in that and don’t end up eating not enough for the sake of losing weight. Remember what we said in tip number 1 of this article 😉

Also, it takes about 20 minutes for the stomach to tell the brain it’s full, so eat slowly and stop eating before you feel full.
