9. Don’t stock junk food
It’s easier to avoid temptation by not storing junk food at home than to hold back from eating it when it’s available in your cupboard 😉 So consider to not have chocolate, biscuits or cookies, fizzy drinks or crips. Instead, choose to have some healthy snacks by reading food labels 😉
If you’re just getting started, that’s ok if you can’t do all of that at once. Just move forward step by step and don’t judge yourself if you still have some chocolate somewhere, it will come!
